💫 Vietnamese Youth Leadership Summit (VYLS) 2025 là chương trình Lãnh đạo trẻ do Học Xá Lyceum tổ chức, nhằm phát triển kỹ năng lãnh đạo cho các bạn trẻ từ 14 đến 18 tuổi tại Việt Nam, góp phần vào sự thay đổi tích cực đến bản thân và cộng đồng

🌼 Năm nay, với chủ đề “Vang cùng GRACE”, VYLS 2025 sẽ là hành trình giúp bạn tìm về “chiếc trống đồng” ẩn sâu bên trong mình – nơi chứa đựng bản sắc và giá trị cốt lõi. Với mô thức GRACE, các bạn trẻ sẽ được đánh thức tiềm lực tích cực từ bên trong, để giúp các bạn xây dựng cho mình kỹ năng giao tiếp để có thể tạo ra giá trị thực cho xã hội. Hơn hết, chúng mình sẽ đồng hành cùng các bạn trên con đường thấu cảm chính mình, rèn luyện tư duy lãnh đạo thông qua việc “cất lên tiếng nói bản thân”. Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders: Vietnamese Youth Leadership Summit 2025

Lyceum Global is thrilled to announce an innovative, youth-led initiative aimed at fostering leadership and volunteerism among Vietnamese youth aged 14-18. The Vietnamese Youth Leadership Summit (VYLS) 2025, themed “The Sound of GRACE,” is set to take place from July 18 to July 27, 2025, via Zoom.

The summit’s primary goal is to equip young students with essential leadership skills through self-empowerment, fostering self-confidence, resilience, and a commitment to creating positive change in their personal lives, families, and communities. This will be achieved by embedding the GRACE mindset—Gratitude, Respect, Accountability, Courage, and Engagement—into the program’s core.

The GRACE Framework
The GRACE framework is designed to nurture the intrinsic qualities of leadership within each participant:

• Gratitude: Encouraging appreciation for oneself and others, fostering a positive outlook.
• Respect: Teaching the importance of valuing others’ perspectives and promoting a collaborative environment.
• Accountability: Instilling a sense of responsibility for one’s actions and their impact on others.
• Courage: Building the bravery to face challenges and advocate for change.
• Engagement: Promoting active participation in community and civic initiatives.

Through this framework, VYLS aims to inspire youth to take ownership of their lives and experiences, becoming beacons of positivity and leadership in their communities.

Addressing Adolescent Challenges
Targeting Vietnamese teenagers aged 14-18, the summit addresses the unique challenges faced during adolescence—a period often marked by personal and social development hurdles. Recognizing the growing interest in social initiatives among this demographic, VYLS provides the tools and guidance needed to transform enthusiasm into effective leadership.

Participants will learn to:

✅ Develop teamwork and project management skills.
✅ Lead social change projects.
✅ Enhance life skills to navigate daily challenges such as cultural identity, self-confidence, self-image, and self-worth.
